He is a visiting professor in Oregon health sciences, University of Portland, Colombia Presbyterian Hospital, New York Children’s Hospital, Children’s Hospital Boston, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, USA, Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne, Australia and Green Lane Hospital, Auckland, New Zeeland. He is on the advisory committee in the Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi and Sree Chitra Tirunal Medical Institute Trivendrum. He started the pediatric Cardiac Surgery programmes in India. He created interest in younger generation in this sub specialty and trained many surgeons. He delivered many honorary guest lectures. He is a great teacher and academician and heads the academic, research and training programme. He has so many national and international publications to his credit. |
